If by UFO, you mean unidentified flying object, then it is. But an alien aircraft? Or a modern Santa sled?

Esquire speculated that it could be a spy blimp like the Philippine Navy’s TARS or a weather balloon.

Some have speculated that the “Spaceship” could be a 250 ft airship from China as it is similar in shape. But there is no official announcement from China that they have launched an airship this year. However, the Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences did hold test flights and one of those is the Jimu No. 1. https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/balitambayan/umg/855020/misteryosong-sasakyang-panghimpapawid-namataan-sa-pangasinan-at-baguio-city/story
